The Berkleygirl.com Monthly Gift Card Giveaway Contest is open only to legal U.S. Residents who, as of the date of entry, are over the age of 13, and have either browsed the selection or purchased goods from either (or both) Berkley Girl location(s). For children under the age of 13 that wish to participate in the contest, a Parent or Legal Guardian must partake in the contest on their behalf, as anyone under 13 years of age WILL NOT be allowed to participate. Employees, managers and representatives of Berkley Girl, affiliates, subsidiaries and promotion/marketing agencies, and the parents, children, siblings, or spouse, of such employees, agents and/or representatives, and persons living in the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, agents and/or representatives, are not eligible to participate in the Berkleygirl.com Monthly Gift Card Giveaway Contest.
The Berkleygirl.com Gift Card Giveaway Contest begins on the 1st day of each month at 9am (EST) (i.e. July 1st, August 1st, etc.) and ends on the last day of each month at 12pm (EST) (i.e. July 31st, August 31st and so forth), and includes one drawing at the close of each month, as described in these Rules and Regulations. Customers can enter the contest by clicking on the Gift Box icon (either at the top or bottom) of the Berkley Girl webpage at www.berkleygirl.com and answering the questions from the Customer Satisfaction Survey pertaining to Berkley Girl and its products. After all of the survey questions have been answered, complete the information required on the online Entry Form (e.g., First and Last Name, Email Address, Zip Code and Phone Number (Optional) and then transmit your answers and completed online Entry Form by clicking on the Submit button. If you have honestly answered all of the Customer Survey questions, you will be automatically entered in the monthly drawing to be held on/about 12pm during the last day of each month (i.e. July 31st, August 31st and so forth). If a contestant is unsuccessful in the first drawing, they will be automatically entered in every monthly drawing until their name has been chosen a winner. Therefore, if you have been chosen a winner, you will be UNABLE to participate in the following drawings. ONLY PARTICIPANTS WHO FULLY ANSWER ALL OF THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY QUESTIONS WILL BE ENTERED IN EACH DRAWING. Berkleygirl.com will award one (1) Prize for each monthly drawing: a $100 Gift Card to utilize at either Berkley Girl location (both the Upper East and West side). The winner will be able to use the $100 gift card on all merchandise (designer clothing, accessories, jewelry, etc) at either Berkley Girl location. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing during the Monthly Gift Card Giveaway period.
Berkleygirl.com will not substitute any other prize in exchange for the $100 Gift Card and absolutely no cash equivalents will be allowed. Prize(s) may not be assigned or transferred. Winners are individually responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any additional fees associated with the monthly prize. Each prize will be awarded to the fair winner of each monthly drawing.
The winner of each monthly drawing will be selected in a random drawing on/about 12pm during the last day of each month (i.e. July 31st, August 31st, September 30th, etc). Each monthly drawing will be conducted by Berkleygirl.com. Winners will be notified via email (since providing phone numbers is optional). If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during five (5) business days from the date of the drawing, or if the particular winner is to be found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected for the prize. The winner of the first drawing will be announced publicly during the first five (5) days of each month. Please be aware that each winner will have two (2) weeks to claim their $100 Berkley Girl Gift Card prize either via the mail or in either Berkley Girl store (East or West side location). If the given winner of the Berkley Girl Monthly Gift Card Giveaway wishes to claim their prize via the mail, a proper mailing address will be required by Berkley Girl.
This contest is governed by the laws of the State of New York. By participating in the contest, participants agree: 1) to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and by all decisions of Berkleygirl.com, whose decisions are final; 2) that neither Berkleygirl.com, nor any of the foregoing entities have made or are responsible or liable for any warranty, expressed or implied, relative to a prize, including, but not limited to, its quality.
